We provide a Multi Cyclone Dust Collector, which is made up of a number of small-diameter cyclones that operate in tandem and share a single gas inlet and outlet. Multi-clones work in the same way as cyclones, with a main downward vortex and an ascending inner vortex. Because they are longer and smaller in diameter, multi cyclone dust collector are more efficient than single cyclone dust collector. The longer length allows for more residence time, while the smaller diameter generates more centrifugal force.

A cyclone dust collector creates dual counter flow by using centrifugal force (an outer downward counter flow and an ascending inner counter flow). The flow aids in the separation of heavier particles from dust-laden gas. A Multi Cyclone Dust Collector is made by stacking several single cyclone dust collectors parallel to each other. A common gas inlet and outlet feed the cyclones.

These two elements contribute to greater dust particle separation. Multi-clone collectors have a bigger pressure drop than single cyclone separators or Cyclone dust collectors.
