A blast generator is a component of portable sand blasting hoppers and sand blasting machines based on the pressure blasting principle. While a machine is not functioning and the blast storage tank is not pressured, the abrasives have chosen the top of the sandblasting hopper. A vibrating sieve is provided at the top of the blasting hopper to sift the filled abrasive. The abrasive will be sent to the blasting storage tank of the blasting hopper for blasting mode once the mushroom valve is below. For free reduction of abrasive into the mixing tube, the mushroom valve opens, compressed air is turned on, and the abrasive storage tank is pressurized. The abrasive is removed from the mixing tube and transported by compressed air to the blasting nozzle. Specially designed sand blasting nozzles with tungsten carbide lining and dust collectors have long service lives. The operator controls the sandblasting machine remotely, without the need for an electrical connection.
