The automatic Sand Blasting Machine is flexible and simple to use, and it can handle a wide range of parts and geometries. The spindle assembly and tabletop unit can be easily loaded or unloaded by an overhead crane by swinging out via the front door. Inside the machine, parts with a diameter of up to 54" (1370 mm) can be loaded. It employs up to two venturi suction or direct pressure sand blasting nozzle, as well as a gun mover that may be set for a variety of motions. The entrance door also has hand apertures for a completely manual sand blasting machine and is fully interlocked for safety.
